Obsługiwane API jest zgodne z 1.0 CF for Smartphones (zachowana jest zgodność binarna - czyli nie ma konieczności rekompilacji itp.); przeznaczone jest to głównie dla urządzeń S60 (poprzednio Series 60). Evaluation of the .NET Compact Framework

The release takes the form of a community technology preview (CTP) which you will
now be able to evaluate. The CTP enables early access for developers to experience
our upcoming commercial release and to try out existing .NET Smartphone applications
on S60. The CTP is not intended for production use and on-device deployment is not
supported.
