z2 Remote2PC problem z licencją

Witam!Wczoraj zakupiłem owy program i dostałem mailem klucz lecz okazuje sie że na kompie i w Pockecie są inne ID a tą licencje co przysłali pasuje tylko do kompa.Co mam teraz zrobić??

Napisać do sprzedawców tego programu albo jego twórców

jakbym miał tak opanowany język ANG to bym napisał.Może jest jakiś inny "knif"

How do I get the register code for z2 Remote2PC?

The z2 Remote2PC Server and Server Helper are totally free. You can freely install, copy and distribute z2 Remote2PC Server and Server Helper. We only charge you by the license of z2 Remote2PC Client. After you got the order confirmation email, please follow the steps to register the product:

(1)  Send register email to z2 Software

On your desktop PC, click Start->Programs->z2 Remote2PC->Start z2 R2PC Server. Then login to z2 R2PC Server Helper, click “Device List” and select the device you want to register and click the “Send register email…” button to send out your registration email (See “Send Register Email” dialog for details).

(2) Import the register code from z2 R2PC Register Code email.

On your desktop PC or mobile device, open the “z2 R2PC Register Code email” and double click the attachment file. Once the register code import succeeded, the server will send the register code to the device on next time it connected.
