In this document we will show you how to configure a Palm. For the Palm we use the Palm operating System 3.3.
Please start your Palm and select "Prefs".
Select the option "Connection" in the menu and create a new connection with "New..."
You can enter any name and have to select "IrCOMM to PC" as "Connection-Method". Please click on "Details".
Set the "Speed" to 115,200 bps and set the "Flow Ctl" on "ON". Confirm both windows with "OK".
Select "Network" in the menu.
Under Network and Service you have to select the menu option "New".
Enter any name for the "Service" and enter the "User Name" and a "Password". Select the new connection and click on "Details".
Enter the following settins..
Connection type:
PPP
Idle timeout:
Power Off
Query DNS:
disabled
Primary DNS:
212.2.96.62
Secondary DNS
212.2.96.52
IP Address
"enable" Automatic
Please click on "Script"...
Here you have to enter the following settings:

Send OK^M^J

Send CONN

Confirm both windows with "OK".
The connection setup is complete. Now you can set up a connection with the devices.
