Uznałem, że ten soft potrzebuje osobnego wątku.
Windows Phone Device Manager
Jest to mega narzędzie, które pozwoli nam zapomnieć o Zune. Póki co jest to zapowiedź pełnej wersji, ale IMO trzeba śledzić, a jak się pojawi myślę, że będzie przełomem. Żeby pobrać i uruchomić wersje beta dla testerów należy autorowi zrobić jakąś dotację PayPalem (ja wrzuciłem mu 5$ i dostałem dostęp) do całości. Instalacja prosta jak konstrukcja gwoździa - pobieramy załączniki z pliku w wątku głównym na forum autora tj. Julien-a Schapman i instalujemy na kompie PC. Następnie podłączamy telefon do kompa, a reszta się sama robi i instaluje nam wtyczke w telefonie. Następnie odłączamy telefon od kompa i podłączamy ponownie - już wszystko śmiga bez dwóch zdań. Właśnie 15 marca 2011 r. pojawiła sie nowa wersja (changelog na samym końcu).

Because I was bored getting hundreds of emails from people asking me to send them WP Device Manager so they can continue to use pirated applications, and because there will be a short term solution for homebrews, I decided not to include my jailbreak tool. I respect other developers and I don’t want to be responsible for piracy, I’ve been contacted by Brandon Watson from Microsoft and I wish to be involved in the official homebrew support on Windows Phone.

kuzn:
a ja mam problem z tą aplikacją, mianowicie po podłączeniu telefonu do komputera wyskakuje komunikat "TouchXperience version 1.3.2.0 or later is required. Please uninstall the current version of TouchXperience"
program touchxperience instalowal się automatycznie po podłączeniu telefonu do komputera.

ja również mam problem bo aplikacja się nie odpala.. ;)
pszem:
próbowałem na 2 komputerach, efekt taki sam program daje komunikat hd7 connected via usb ale za chiny nie potrafi się do niego podłączyć, nawiązanie komunikacji nie udaje się ani ze strony hd2 ani pc. na razie próby zakończyłem niepowodzeniem :(
